An exciting journey to Himachal begins
Upon arrival in Delhi, the agent’s representative will help you with your transfers to the boarding place from where you will board the Volvo bus. An overnight journey in the bus gets you to the beautiful hill-station of Shimla. As you reach Shimla in the morning, you will be transferred to your hotel where you check in, relax and unwind to get over with the travel fatigue. You will get to spend the rest of the first day of this Himachal family package at leisure. Go exploring nearby areas or stay indoors and have fun.
One of the most popular places to see in Shimla is the Mall Road. You can take a walk, shop for local goods, and then head to the hotel for a delicious dinner and a comfortable stay.
Tip: If the time permits, you can also take a halt in Chandigarh for a couple of hours. There are numerous popular tourist attractions in Chandigarh for you to see, like Pinjore Garden, Rock Garden, etc.

Have breakfast and then head out to explore as the second day of this Himachal family holiday takes you for a full day of sightseeing in Shimla. Major stops will include Kufri, Indira Bungalow, and Himalayan Zoo. Adventure activities such as pony riding and yak riding can also be enjoyed.
From there, you will be taken to Jakhoo Hill which is the highest point in Shimla. It serves as the best vantage point to enjoy panoramic views of this beautiful capital city. You may take enjoyable walks and nature trails in the beautiful surroundings.
Other points of interest are Mall Road, The Ridge, Scandal Point, and Lakkar Bazaar. An evening stroll at any of these points is one of the beautiful hill station experiences. As the day tour gets over, you will be transferred back to the hotel.

A day full of adventure and sightseeing gets underway
Have breakfast and then proceed for a full day trip to Rohtang Pass. On the way, the Himachal tour itinerary lets you enjoy sightseeing at Kothi Village, Gulaba, Rahala Falls, Beas Nala and Marhi. Also, you can enjoy snow activities like skiing, horse riding, yak riding, snow scooter riding, and sledging.
Later in the day, you can enjoy local sightseeing in Manali. Major attractions include Hadimba Devi Temple, Tibetan Monastery, Vashisht Temple and hot water springs, Club House, Van Vihar, Mall Road and Manali underground market.
As the day nears the end, return to your hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Note: Due to unfavorable weather, Rohtang Pass is closed from November to May. During this time, tourists will be taken to Solang Valley instead. Also, check the availability of vehicle passes with your agent as these passes are a must for Rohtang Pass tour.
Optional: At SnowPoint near Rohtang Pass, you can try adventure activities like paragliding, skiing, and Zorbing.
Tip: Rohtang Pass is closed on Tuesdays. Plan your trip accordingly

As the tour continues, you will proceed to popular tourist places like Bhagsunath Temple, Dal Lake, Tota Rani Village, St. John Church and Mcleodganj Market
After all this, you will head towards Dalhousie. Upon arrival at the hotel in Dalhousie, check in and relax for a while and then head out for a walk in the beautiful weather of Dalhousie.
As an eventful day in Dalhousie comes to an end, treat your taste buds to a delectable dinner and enjoy a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.
Tip: It is suggested that you carry a torch or a battery light as some of the back alleys in Dalhousie are not properly lit

After a delicious breakfast, check out of the hotel. Board the cab to visit Khajjiar – the Switzerland of India. The beauty of this place is enchanting with a spectacular lake in the middle. You can explore the floating island in the middle of the lake, 9-hole golf course, beautiful restaurant, and the green grasslands.
In the evening, as the tour ends, you be transferred to Chandigarh, from where you will begin the journey back home.
