On your arrival in Goa, our agent’s representative will greet and assist you in smooth transfer to you pre-booked hotel.
Complete check in formalities of hotel and spend the day as you like. Leave your footprints on the golden sand of Goa’s beaches and relax in the shacks glancing at the waves.
With the day coming to an end, return to the hotel for overnight stay.

· Remaining payment before 7 days of departure date
Cancellation Policy:
· Before 30 Days from the date of commencement= 25?ncellation Charges of

· Before 30 - 15 Days from the date of Commencement = 50?ncellation

· Before 15 Days from the date of Commencement = 75?ncellation Charges of
( Total trip cost )
· Before 14 days or less from the date of Commencement = Full Cancellation
Charges will be applicable ( Total trip cost )
· In Case passenger is no show at the time of departure, 100% of tour cost shall be
detected.
· Even If Trip is cancelled on the same day of date booking then 10%+GST of the
total trip cost will be deducted /applicable as cancellation Chargres.
Terms & Condition :
In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate
accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standard.
The itinerary is fixed and cannot be modified. Transportation shall be provided as per
the itinerary and will not be at disposal.
In case your package needs to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather
conditions etc. Adventuremania shall strive to give you the maximum possible refund
subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors.
Adventuremania reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons
including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather
conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / re-routing of
flights, closure of /entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to
make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any
refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
Cost of deviation and cost of extension of the validity on your ticket is not included.

• Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New
Delhi.
Any cost arising due to natural / Political strick / calamities like, landslides, road
blocks etc (to be borne by the clients directly on the spot)
Child Policies : Till 6 year old FREE with no extra bed . 6-12 years 50% of the adult
cost & 12 and above full charges will be applicable.
